Established in 1923 by Bill (William) Davey, Slade Farm is a third-generation, family-run farm nestled in the South Downs in Rogate, on the boarders of Hampshire and West Sussex.
Here on our farm, we grow asparagus, sweetcorn, pumpkins, maize, and cereals. In addition, our herds of beef cattle are reared in the most natural and sustainable way possible. Slade Farm also hosts an annual pumpkin-themed outdoor event suitable for families and children of all ages.

We are extremely proud to supply the highest quality fresh wholesale produce to processors and retailers throughout the UK.
Our crops include sweetcorn, pumpkins, asparagus, maize, potatoes, wheat and barley. We are also committed to rearing exceptional beef cattle in the most natural and sustainable way possible.
CARING FOR OUR ENVIRONMENT
The practice of regenerative farming is fundamental to everything we do. To protect and improve the soil and its biodiversity, we grow cover crops that are then fed to livestock.

Our 2025 season has now come to an end, and we want to say a huge thank you to everyone who joined us. Your energy, creativity and autumn spirit are what make Rogate Pumpkin Patch such a special place each year — and we’re so grateful to share it with you.
As the fields quieten down, our herd of Slade Farm cows has moved in to munch their way through the leftover pumpkins, helping regenerate the land ready for next season. We’re already planning exciting new ideas for 2026 and can’t wait to welcome you back for more fun, adventure and autumn magic.
